Camping Milella

Best campground in Corsica... If you don't know where to stay in Propriano, THAT'S the place you need to go to. We started coming here 6 years ago, just my husband and I... then we promised ourselves to come back with our 2 daughters, and after 3 years exploring the island and many different campgrounds, they keep saying it's their favorite place to stay. Everything is perfect, from the camping pitches to the showers, toilet blocks, romantic views on the surrounding hills and even restaurant and bar. Pierre and Marjorie are so kind and helpful and have their customers' well-being at heart.... what else could I add? To top it all, the daily fares are an excellent deal for this island where everything gets more and more expensive... I do recommend it, no hesitating!!!

Exceptionally nice staff. We walked the Mare a Mare and they even proposed to come pick us up after the last etappe. The camping spot we got was beautiful and arranged with a shed to provide shadow. Sanitaire was very clean and the bar was very cosy to have a drink. Distance to the sea is very walkeable. Overall a great experience and thank you for receiving us!

Fabulous spot ..Nice gentle walk into town ..Great Restaurant on site ..and added bonus The lady in reception lived in Ireland for a while ...got a great welcome!!.Fabulous beach just across the main road ..huge plots with covered outside area complete with table and chairs ...for less than €15 PN HIGH Season ..(excl elec ,) ...excellent value !!

Great campsite with a shared fridge and freezer (which was basically empty at this time of year!), lovely croissants to order for the morning. Across the road from a beach (beach was OK, there was alot of debris in the water). Good pitches with water and electricity also. The Bulgarian woman at the reception was so nice to us when we arrived and very friendly.

Overall good campsite. Shady and saved from powerful winds. Friendly staff on the campsite and restaurant. But our experience was different, given the fact we reserved a space and didn't receive it due to overbooking. We had to take a more expensive mobile home, otherwise we had no stay for the night. Mobile home stay was fine. We moved to the campsite a night later. Rocky place (C22), destroying our equipment and impossible to find a location without being scared of holes in the tent floor or rock hurting our backs. After a lot of struggle, tent was pitched, yet on top of rocks as described. The first night came and the drainage located at the campsite smelled awful, this smell continued the next three nights. It was disgusting. Finally the bathroom and toilets didnt seem to be cleaned more than once. The dirt from the evening was still there in the morning the day after. Dirty walls, containing the same dirty spots all three days of our stay. Trash bins, containing the same trash of the day before. Cleanliness was often just gambling and not a good experience. To be fair, overall it was acceptable, but cleaning should be taken more seriously considering the amount of people using the bath and toilets. Personally I never saw staff there cleaning, nor was a cleaning information visible (last cleaning date and time, who).

We came with our tent and were pleasantly surprised. The personnel is very friendly (which seems to be rare). It is a very beautiful and neat campground. Sanitair is clean. The big road next to the campground is quite loud. But the reason we only give 2 stars and left early is because of a dog that came in de dark trying to get to our food. Which in itself was a big scare but we got over it. But a warning would have helped alot!
